As part of the ARTS District support for Pianos on State, for all of October 2025, Opal Restaurant will donate 20% of sales of it's most popular appetizer, the Shredded Phyllo Wrapped Tiger Prawns, as well as a special cocktail created for this occasion, the Piano Man-Hattan, a Basil Hayden Manhattan with a large cube and brandied cherry.
